Ill be trying the Bio oil as soon as my incisions heal I use bio oil on my face and neck. It's supposed to help sagging skin but I'm honestly not sure it helps for me and I've been using it for two years. I will say I hardly ever have breakouts and it's great for flakey skin. armywifet 26 Posted June 16, 2012 Nivea skin firming had good reviews so I bought that. For incision marks, a plastic surgeon I work with suggested HEB brand silicone sheets. I cut them up and use those. They do work.

armywifet 26 Posted June 16, 2012 Panda In Texas we have a grocery store called HEB. I just got it in their band aid area. Check your local grocery in the same department. They look like a big band aid and I cut down according to the size of my incision site. I figured I would need Biooil or mederma for them but these work and are cheap. Mine were $9 for 28 sheets. I can cover all sites with almost 1 sheet
