I just purchased the plain flavor and I was surprised how good it was. I added some Cinnamon and Splenda. I usually don't eat a lot of hot Cereal but today it 10 degrees here and I needed some warmth in my tummy. Give this a try, its a little more expensive that the Quaker brand but it was really good and filling. Heres the web site. Enjoy!
