My doctor said no gum swallowing ever after surgey, no amount is 'too small' to be ok, no exceptions. Of course I forgot, once, the pain I'll never forget.

Yeah, you might want to leave the gum along. Plus it over works your stomach.

Omg u had chicken get stuck??!! What was that like?

Omg it was the most horrible pain ever!! It felt like someone was stabbing me in my heart and I tried to make myself throw up but it wouldn't come up and I kept gagging and nothing but foam would come up and nothing would help make the pain go away.....so I avoid chicken now too!! Chicken and Mr. Pouchy don't get along!

When I got mine stuck doctor told me to drink 6 ozs of warm Water mixed with a teaspoon of adolfs meat tenderizer. Throwing up was no problem after that for me.
