No I haven't been working out. Just doing day to day things getting exercise that way. Gym membership just came in the mail, maybe that will help.

For me I am now eating 3 meals a day (I am on regular food 10 days post op) no red meat, no carbonated drinks and no raw vegetables. I just started that 2 days ago. I walk every day, minimum of 30 minutes (even if I do 2 15 mins). I just follow what ever my doctors say.

Oops forgot to add 2 -3 Snacks which I make Protein Shakes . I only got 4 oz of Protein Shake

Yesterday I was too full all day. Every meal I have is Protein based. I have had deli sliced turkey, egg salad w/ low fat mayo, cottage cheese . I have tuna, retries Beans and pink

Salmon that I have not tried yet. I also wanna try cheese

Well I have tons of Protein (about 80-100g) and Water on a daily basis, and work out 5-6 days a week.
