August 1st is my surgery date just got it today.

The next 6 weeks are going to be long.

It will be here before you know it. I got my date 3 months ahead of time and it flew by I'm now 4 days out

It will be here before you know it! Use the time to eat sensibly and exercise but also have a favorite meal ( not everyday and in moderation of course) because as the date gets closer you won't be able to have splurges.
