BBdoodle 483 Posted June 13, 2012 I split my Protein Shakes, I take 64 grams of Protein a day, I make a shake in the morning and have half for a snack at 10:30 am and drink the other half around 2:30 - 3:00pm. I kind of use my shakes as Snacks because they are very filling. It is very important to get your protein .... you don't want to loose hair !!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
