The Best Time To Drink Protein Shakes.....

trying to find out....seeing a lot for building muscles...weight lifting...not weight loss....particularly for us.

anyone know? ive been doing PM shakes but I think its causing stalling....i dont want experimentation, i want results! lol

I was told the best time to get high protien in was first thing in the morning- and after working out..

I split my Protein Shakes, I take 64 grams of Protein a day, I make a shake in the morning and have half for a snack at 10:30 am and drink the other half around 2:30 - 3:00pm. I kind of use my shakes as Snacks because they are very filling. It is very important to get your protein .... you don't want to loose hair !!!

i get over 100g a day... i just think maybe im in a holding pattern cause of the pm drinking? but thats my hungry time lol
