tstevens28 9 Posted June 9, 2012 Stuff like Ground turkey.. Fat free refried beans- turkey breast with fat free gravy- pure protie pre-made choc shakes (23 grams). Syntrax strawberry mousse shake with skim milk (30 grams). Hormel turkey chili.. I can have fruit/veggies for a few more weeks- so it's all protein..

sweet 98 Posted June 10, 2012 I drink one Protein Drink for Breakfast which is 75 grams of Protein. Then thru out the day I try to only eat protein. I try to stay away from empty calories. I will have an egg, an oz. Of cheese, meat or nutts. I usually get in well over 80 grams but I am 16 weeks out already. Goodluck to you guys!

sweet 98 Posted June 10, 2012 No, they have Isopure powder at the GNC store. Tons of flavors! 50 grams of Protein per serving, which is 2 scoops. But i mix 3 scoops (75grams) with icy cold Water. It's really good. I finally found one I can tolerate ツ
