innerelease 32 Posted June 9, 2012 I feel your pain. I'm one month today and my scale has been STUCK for the last 2 weeks. I haven't been cleared for vigorous workouts because I had beginning complications... So all I can do is walk...... This sucks!!! ..... But we gotta stay positive!! Soon! This will have just been a bump in our road to thinner days!!
Jen in SoCal 189 Posted June 9, 2012 Keep your chin up. I only lost 8 pounds in the first two weeks after surgery. Are you taking in enough fluids? Believe it or not your body will retain Water if you are dehydrated. That can keep the scale from moving.
sweet 98 Posted June 9, 2012 Hopeful what's your beginning weight? The more you weigh the faster it comes off. Maybe

DLCoggin 1,788 Posted June 21, 2012 Patience grasshoppers! LOL Stay focused on the protocol and know that the weight WILL take care of itself. It is law!!
Michelle96 13 Posted June 21, 2012 Don't get frustrated it will happen stress doesn't help and you shouldn't be watching those scales like a volcher. Drink your fluids, if you don't drink enough your body will hold on to it so drink drink drink. Walk as much as you can but don't hurt yourself. The weight will fall off, you got to remember when we were in hospital they pumped us full of liquids so when we got home we were dropping Water weight first. I know it's hard to be patient but just have Alittle faith if your doing what doctor said you'll loose the weight.
