Ate To Fast/much- In Pain!

Ok- not sure if I ate too fast or too much- pain in my chest and back- how long does this last?? It was aroun 2pm- 3 hours ago..

I was told to lay on my left side and small sips of Water.< /p>

Thanks.. I did lay down- and that did help!! Better now- wont do that again!

I did that one time 1 & 1/2 months out from surgery. If I did not know any better, I would've thought I was having a heart attack. It lasted about 45 minutes and came in waves. I was at the mall and bought Papya Enzyme to help break down the Protein, but nothing worked. Finally, I threw up and the pain stopped immediately. I think the food got stuck and the waves of pain was peristalsis.
