I wonder if there has been any body builders post surgery. I don't want to get all competitor status but I want nice arms and chest and a six pack wot hurt either hahaha. Is it harder for us to build up the muscle like that?

I want to do p90x to build muscle. I would think that if you are getting your Protein there shouldn't be a problem.

Idk but I damn sure am trying matter of fact my abs will be killing me in the am! I did 150 crunches today at the gym!
