atcgoddess1 37 Posted June 4, 2012 My question, to be more specific, is... is there a period of time after surgery that people tend to plateau.... I just don't feel that I am losing like I should. Is my body going into starvation mode and holding on to what it's got? It's just so scary to think that I could have gone through all of this and now it's not working. Everyone in the last week has been saying omg you look so thin in the face now so I decided to take a new pic for my profile and see if anyone else thought the same! It's probably because in the last week I've gone down 20 more lbs! I'm 168 now from the 188 I was a week ago it's crazy I guess I'm loosing all the weight that I didn't loose for the last 6 weeks! And to answer your question I had stalls at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and again at 12 weeks which lasted til about 18-19 weeks and I've lost 20 lbs in just the last week!
