Tammy483 162 Posted May 30, 2012 If you can get it shipped to Saudi' date='try unjury.com, it was the only protien I could stand after surgery. They even have a starter kit, a couple of sample packs of each flavor they offer. As far as should or shouldn't you... You have decades of living to do, take time and let yourself heal, get to know your new body, and trust your instincts more then what you 'hear you should do'. Your body will tell you if it's not ready for something loudly, clearly, and quickly, lol.[/quote'] Nope. Tried that already! Thanks.. I'll take it easy and follow my instincts Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
RunBabyRun155 0 Posted May 30, 2012 I would say get weight loss surgery for dummies as well, I've heard that is really good. I would totally focus on getting your Water in and some Protein, That muscle milk should be fine. What I think is more odd is that he isn't telling you to take your Vitamins. If I were you I would start taking Multivitamins, calcium citrate, Iron and B-12. Just because he didn't tell you to take it doesn't mean it'll hurt! just make sure it's chewable or liquid. also, if you eat and feel like you are going to throw up I notice that B-1 really helped me. I am not a doctor, I can only tell you what I would do.

He asked me to yake calpol for the pain at home. Its for children!! But he hasnt told me to get calcium citrate specifically. There was no mention of how much time to take to eat or drink nor did they tell me not to eat with meals. All this I know is by reading online.
