Hi all- I'm home today from my surgery on monday. Things went great. The 1st day was rough but after that I've just been tired. Water and shakes went down well. I also had my gallbladder taken out. That was sore the 1st day. I'm not near as tender as I was. Incisions look good; all 8 of them. People were great at the hospital. Lost 7 pounds on preop diet. I am so ready to drop these pounds!!!

Yeah for you! So happy you sound good and positive! keep up the good work can't wait for my surgery on 6/4! On the pre-op liquids now 3 days in, 11 to go pre op tomorrow! Hope I am as positive and happy as you are!

So good to hear. Take care of yourself. I keep hearing from friends/colleagues that walking is so important post-surgery. You'll drop those pounds - no doubt. Looking forward to reading about your progress!
