How soon after gastric do you start losing weight? My pre op appt is June 27th!! What happens at that appt?

I started losing before surgery as they had me do a liver reduction diet for 2 weeks prior. It consisted of Protein Drinks and sugar free popsicles, sugar free Jello, and broth along with 64 ounces of Water.< /p>
