So I weighed myself today since I didn't weigh in yesterday because I forgot!! I just knew not to do it but I was so hoping I'd loose this week! I think I did great considering I was out of town and not on my diet like I do at home I had no Protein for 3 days while I was out of town and when I got back aunt flow decided to rear her ugly face LOL!

Last week 05/11: 180.2

This week 05/18: 180.6

So I gained .4!! Not so bad just wish it was a loss not a gain! Oh well there's always next week!!!
