Jen in SoCal 189 Posted May 19, 2012 I only take one Multivitamin. liquid calcium citrate w/vit D and magnesium B12 complex sublingual Vitamin C (helps the body absorb iron) And Biotin I'm supposed to take my Iron now as well but I have yet to find a chewable. I have an appointment with my nutritionist Monday so I'm going to ask for some clarification on the amounts I'm supposed to be taking. My multivite already had iron in it and I don't want to take too much.

armywifet 26 Posted May 20, 2012 Jen SoCal , My nutritionist said the Iron pills in the store can be crushed and added to drinks. I couldn't find chewable Iron and called him. So I bought the regular Walgreens iron pills and crush them.

Jen in SoCal 189 Posted May 20, 2012 Oh that's good. I still have the ones I took during my preop diet. I'll give it a try today. I tried it with a couple of Tylenol and it tasted like poison! I have an appointment with my nutritionist tomorrow, I get to start purée! Yippeeee! I have so many questions for her, it took up three pages in my notebook!
