Best Protein Drink Recipe I Found So Far!

OK...I have been ordering all sorts of sample packets and bags trying to find a flavor I actually enjoy. I really love this one...it tastes exactly like nestle quick strawberry milkshake. I use 8 oz. Of Almond Breeze milk ( its sugar free fat free soy free and lactose free) use the vanilla flavor unsweetened at 40 cals per cup, and mix a scoop of the nectar strawberry mousse and blend with a few fresh strawberry bits and top with sugar free fat free cool whip! Yummy! What a great dessert surprise at the end of the day when I was behind on my protein! This is a keeper. =)

I went to Whole Foods and bought dozens of different kinds of sample packs to try before surgery. I am also unable to have ANY artificial sweeteners, so I need to find organic or whole food samples made with Stevia. They have some really amazing ones.
