Seafood Done Right!

Tonight I made Citrus Salmon

1-2 pieces of salmon

1 large orange

1 large lemon

2 tablespoons of minced garlic

Rosemary

Salt

Pepper

In a casserole dish place the fish for marinade

Salt and pepper both sides of the fish

Cut lemon and orange in half and squeeze the juices over the salmon.

Rub garlic over top of fish

Sprinkle rosemary on the top

Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 30 min, flip the salmon over, cover and let sit for another 30 min.

Dump the marinade into a skillet and heat for 3 minutes then add the salmon. Cook on each side for 5-6 min.

It's juicy, tasty and perfect source of protein!

Sounds so good. Do you have to use salt & pepper? Can I use adobo sazon ?
