I was thinking about adding the sf ff banana pudding and blend it. would that work? Or the sf ff cheesecake pudding. Should I blend it or put the powder in it and stir?

I drink the Protein that is in the tubes. Not quite 3oz and it has 26grams of protein. Easier to tolerate since I have to have 100grams a day. I don't have enough room for the shakes and the small amount of protein they have.

Be careful because most Protein in tubes isn't the right kind of protein to take in. Most is gelatin/collegen based with a little whey in it and they call it whey protein. After RNY you need to take in Whey or Soy protein. It's best digested and absorbed by your body.

If you like chicken Soup there is a great powder you can buy online called "unjury". You mix 8 ounces of Water with a scoop of powder and it's equal to 20 grams of Protein. My nurse practitioner recommended it as l struggled to get in all my Protein right after surgery. They also sell a flavorless powder you can add to any liquid to add protein. Be careful of those small protein tubes as my nutritionist said they are not good for you. Good luck!

Does the unjury make your soup thick. I tried that with soup and it was terrible. I didn't mix the powder with Water first. So maybe that's where I messed up.

The Unjury chix soup powder is suppose to be mixed with Water only (luke warm water...can't be boiling water). They do sell a flavorless Protein Powder that you can add to any liquid...no taste. Neither powders make anything thick. If you mixed the chix soup powder with soup...you're probably right...that's why it was gross...lol

I just read on the Unjury website that if the liquid is too hot, it does change the texture of the Protein. The liquid you use has to be lukewarm.
