I heard in the news & such that low fat fat free & such you must read ingredients carefully cuz it says sugar free but it's not. I bought my kids sugar free juice & it has sugar. The kind I have is indeed sugar free! And your children's juice could have sugar because it will have some natural sugars in it....the reason I know this is because I was told by my surgeon I could have 100% juice and when I went to the store to buy it even the ones that said no sugar added still had sugar content so I called the surgeons office and talked to one of the nurses and she explained that it's going to list an amount of sugar because of the naturally occurring sugar and said that as long as it said no sugar added and 100% juice that is fine to drink! eglean2 24 Posted May 15, 2012 My husband and daughter love this. They have done it for years! Good advice Vamp about the sugars. I track my foods and noticed my app doesn't account for natural sugars only added sugars. Makes a world of difference
