im down 31lbs in my first 3 weeks. i feel like there should be an encouragment forum for those who havent lost much. im extremely happy with my loss in only 3 weeks. but i set small goals for myself. every 5lbs i Celebrate. forget these huge 25, 50, 100lb goals.
