It's been 7 days now just being on Protein shakes.... No food... I am having a hard time right now. I want to eat soooo bad. Brought my daughter to the mall. Feeling depressed now because I can eat at all.

I'm on the pre op diet too. I'm on day 13 . My surgery is Monday. When I get that hungry feeling or crave for something sweet I usually have sugar free Popsicles or flavored water. Try drinking more it really helps. Good luck.

I am on day 5 of the Liquid Protein diet and I'm getting depressed. I want a double hamburger so badly. I don't get why some do this for 30 days, some, 7 days...I'm just ready to have something real. I feel your pain ladies. You're not alone!

I'm in stage 4 but in the bigining was really hard now in in stage 4 and I'm still depress , I think this is normal
