believin 19 Posted January 21, 2013 HW 332 DOS: 310 (8/27/12) LW: 249 CW: 248 84 pounds since the start of this journey! I am happy with my progress so far even though it has slowed down to 1 pound a week for the last few weeks. I was getting bummed out but I realized that each week is another pound gone for good! As long as I keep moving in the right direction I am happy. I have PCOS and I think it's definately impacting how slow the weight is coming off. Have a good week everyone! TinyMamiOf3kids 1,280 Posted January 22, 2013 I started losing 4-5 pounds per week. Yes I have a nutritionist regular doctor and surgeon. I'm trying to stabilize my weight but let's see. I'm gonna get Vitamin shake Thursday. I'm not posting my weight since I went down to 118 I'm trying to stay off the scale. Lets see if the shake helps after a week. I'm doing all I can to eat healthy don't count too much calories & drink fluids all day to stay hydrated. I been good cuz the dizzy feeling is gone now so I'm doing something right. 2 Ellie_Grace and berniec reacted to this

berniec 166 Posted January 24, 2013 Surgery date: April 23, 2012 Surgery weight: 297 Current weight: 195 I have lost 102 pounds. Never in my life have I lost this much weight. I have tried everything. This surgery is the best decision I have ever made. My weight loss has really slowed down. I was upset at first but when I thought about I had to stop looking at the numbers. My doctors goal for me is 180. I'm not that far away. I'm off of blood pressure meds, asthma meds and my cpap machine. I can't believe it. Also I went from wearing a size 24 bottoms to a size 14. Tops a size 3X to a large. So I won't give up now because I've come to far. If I don't get to 180 I will still be happy. I will focus on just keeping it off. It's been over 20 years since I've been under 200 pounds. I am so happy! 4 fluffylady, Jen2248, TinyMamiOf3kids and 1 other reacted to this
