luvlife 43 Posted October 14, 2012 I have been out to see the dietician at thevsurgeon's office and she has looked over my diaries, and said it was all perfect. I exercise tons. I have lost 77 lbs since May. I'm not dropping at warp speed anymore, but the dietician said I will loose, but at a slower rate now, because this fat has been with me for many years. It's just discouraging when you yo-yo for a month. A month and a half would be frustrating! Just keep doing what u r doing, it will come off eventually:) sometimes it works to change up your diet for a couple of days, maybe add a few extra calories and change the makeup of the calories (more good fat or + or - protein). Another thing that helped me during my last stall was to work out harder than I thought possible for longer than I thought possible one day (i had a physical fitness assessment for work so I had to do well). I hurt all over the next day, but I lost 4 pounds and broke my stall! Another thing, are your bm's regular? Gross, I know, but I have not lost anything this last 1.5 weeks becuz I haven't had a bm. Miralax works pretty well, but it takes a few days.
