7.5lbs in 2 weeks! Super happy! 36.3 more lbs to goal weight of 155. I was 5 months post op last week. Wow it's really flown by!

That's great! I started st 285 lbs. I didn't have to do a pre op diet...see ya in onederland!

The thing that helped me most was more Protein than carbs. Helped me get out of slump. I drink Protein Shake in my coffee two times a day and is awesome. Helps get more protein in.
