Glad I found this thread... I was going nuts with the scale already and I'm only 5 days out!!! Lol I will weigh in on Fridays. Day of surgery (8/20) I weighed 225 lbs. Today I weighed 221lbs and I told my daughter to hide the scale until next Friday!!! Lol Congrats on everyone's losses!
