Ugh day 2 sucks!! I had Soup for Breakfast & lunch. On the bright side I am having that tight newbie pouch feeling again. Hooray this diet really does work.

Awww man Vamp! I tried to eat some chinese food today for my birthday. What a bad idea. Threw up and had to run and get to a bathroom. I won't do that again. =/

Happy Birthday!! Better luck next time with the Chinese food. I still get sick when I stray from my tried & true dishes.... Or eat it too fast.

It was hard the 1st day but yesterday I didn't even want to eat! Got in over 60 g of protein! I haven't weighed myself in almost a week I'm doing the Friday weigh in so I can't let myself cheat!

What do you use for Protein? All the ones I tried upset my stomach or were super gross/thick. So I haven't been taking anything

I do a couple different ones lol I like variety! One thing I can tell you is a blender makes a big difference when it comes to frothy or thickness! I make my shakes ahead of time so that they aren't frothy! But I use myoplex, carnation instant breakfast, Unjury and the Syntrax Nectars and their shakes lol!
