You can do it. I have 5 more days to go. I notice as long as I keep drinking something I don't feel too hungry. Good luck.

I took your advice from earlier this week to just keep drinking fluids. I'm not starving anymore. When I feel real hungry I'll have a Protein shake and in between that sugar free flavored Water, broth or just Water. Thanks.. Oh and I'm down 8 pounds. I haven't lost any weight in years. Yay!!!
