I just tried Oh Yeah! Protein Shake, the banana cream flavor. It is by far the BEST shake I have found. It has 32 grams of Protein , 3 grams of sugar and 4 carbs per 14 oz bottle.

the brand is Oh Yeah! I have seen it on some bariatric websites, I bought mine at HEB (grocery in TX).

I just tried this brand also. I bought it at the Vitamin shoppe.
