Ok I seen the surgeon about a month ago and I thought about trying out the liquid diet wow difficult. any suggestions on which ones to drink the liquid shakes. I got some at GNC the powdered version so I'm wondering if the liquid form would be better. any suggestions would be welcomed

go online and get gotein through Amazon.com or either like me i went to quick weight loss center and got their shakes. they are high in Protein and low sugar... they taste really good.......
