alhaff74 3 Posted April 10, 2012 Hi everyone, this is my very first post. I am schedule to have bypass surgery April 13th. I am a little nervous as the time approaches. I am not as nervous abt the surgery as i am abt what comes after. Excerising is not an issue as its how i lost 120lbs on my own since 2008. I am more concerned abt the diet after. Reading over all the information i was not clear on a couple of things. I have identified the protien shakes that i like, but when i am in stage 2(full liquids) am i only to do the shakes, broth, sf Gelatin and popicles for two weeks or can i incorporate lf/sf yogurts and puddings and strained cream Soups? steffie78 2 Posted April 11, 2012 Every dr is different. Your dr should be giving you a guideline of what you can and can't eat those first two weeks. Good luck with your surgery!!!
