DLCoggin 1,788 Posted May 17, 2012 I'm 5'1.5 and I now weigh 183! Congratulations Vamp!! So glad to hear you got over the plateau. I know how frustrating that can be!
DLCoggin 1,788 Posted May 17, 2012 Panda have no fear I've been at a couple plateaus and it's annoying but it's worth it because I find that once the plateau is done for I start loosing faster! I normally loose about 5-6 lbs a week but during a plateau I only loose 1-2 lbs a week, but I'm happy with any weight loss because before surgery I could barely loose 5 lbs. in a month! Same for me Panda. I always tell folks that sometimes you lose quickly, sometimes slowly and sometimes not at all. As long as you stay focused on following the protocol, you will succeed. Congratulations!!

I'm just amazed how fast the time has gone by since I started this journey. Amazing.
MariaEnid27 5 Posted May 17, 2012 Thank you! It did go by very quickly! I remember at first when I was recovering and just starting to eat, the days were so long!! But now I'm basically back to normal, except the portions I eat are still small, of coarse!
