ststlsleeper 0 Posted March 10, 2012 I also had my surgery in 2006. I'm finding it hard to keep on track. I have gained a little weight back. Still exercising 4-5 times a week. I went to the app store hoping to find something like weight watchers for bariatric pts but had no luck. I love the new me after the by pass but need some help getting back on the downward slope. Before and after surgery I did Water aerobics but had to quit 2 years later cuz I couldn't afford it any more now I use my wii and the gym at work to walk. But still not going down. Has to be what I am putting in my mouth. I'm a nervous eater and have the hardest time when at work. Not sure why my job isn't that stressful anymore. Anyone have any suggestions?
