I'm amazed at how quickly the weight came off... I have started to platau but one I'm cleared for actual exercise... I'm sure it will start falling off again!! So glad I found this app! All the threads have been such a great help! I love reading all of them! God Bless you all on your journeys!! 3 cece80, berniec and jessica143 reacted to this

LosingItForMe2011 320 Posted June 8, 2012 You're doing great Mel! Man I sure hope I can start this journey next month. I've had two rejections from my insurance so far. I see my PCP to in a few weeks and hopefully will get the final qualification the insurance wants.
Melsauve 76 Posted June 8, 2012 What is the hold up? I'm so blessed that my insurance was so easy. I just did the few things the dr told me to do and then I had surgery it was sort of a world wind.

Ken 1 Posted June 8, 2012 I'm going to the same thing. Insurance company wants six months of weight watchers. But I have everything else completed so it looks like my surgery will be in September. I am truly looking forward to this and I really appreciate everyone out there for what they're writing.
LosingItForMe2011 320 Posted June 8, 2012 Hi Ken, Insurance has been something else. Two denials for me. I just got the 2nd letter today. Three things left to get done I guess. I can't see my PCP until June 22 so they had to post pone my surgery. She's away on vacation and the covering provider won't give me the "medical release" they want from her. Stinks! But.....in will come in time.

Carly RM 2 Posted July 19, 2012 I had my surgery on Aprial 17th 2012. The day of surgery I weighted 340 pounds. Today tree months later I weigh 262 pounds. That is almost 70 pounds and I'm excited about it! I can feel the difference and see it too. My goal weight is 160 but will be more then happy to get to 175-180. I'm 5'9" tall so I feel anything lighter would make me look sick. Congrats to everyone that is well on their weight loss goals!! Keep up the hard work!! 1 berniec reacted to this
