That's amazing! Everyone truly is different, but that's a great number, and one to be proud of.

I'm 23 weeks out now and down 96lbs. I had a friend that was banded in October and is down about 70 lbs. So everyone's story will vary. As long as you're following the plan and feeling better, that's all that matters!

Seeing differences in sizes is completely different than the side-by-side pictures which were surprising. It is healing to see this and cannot imagine seeing the one year pics!

I'm just shy of 1 year from surgery 4/12/16 was my date. I'm down 250 lbs from my highest weight (I lost 150 before surgery) I want to lose 50 more and I'm struggling with it but am resetting and getting back to basics to get it going again!
