OMG what a difference and so fast! How was the pain after? How is your energy now? Do you feel any pain?

Lol thanks, he's my nephew. Made me really sad that such a cute picture of him is also the picture of me at my worst. Will eventually retake a picture that'll be great

Its me now after 3 months

I'll be 4 months out on Sept 23rd. This is my progress so far. I'm down 60 lbs . It is not easy, we have to work at it but in the end we'll look and feel so much better. I also joined CrossFit which is the BEST type of workout you can do.
