I dont know what to do to lose a little faster. I am still doing Protein Drinks and I go to the gym routinely. SueJH 205 Posted October 6, 2013 Why do you need to lose it faster? You have come so far and that is amazing, but we need to remember we didn't put this weight on overnight. It is healthier to lose slower, especially now that the bulk (no pun intended! ) of your weight is gone. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will get there. Remember if you were doing this the "traditional" way of straight diet and exercise without the benefit of the sleeve, you would most likely be a lot further from your goal than you are now. Enjoy your success! You'll get there!! 1 Gojogo reacted to this

TropicalGirl1205 84 Posted October 6, 2013 Thanks! I know ive come a long way I just get like this now and then. Im a little impatient. I try to set smaller goals for myself instead of big ones that I wont be able to reach, which seems to be working a little better. Its just crazy how 2 weeks can go ny and I wont lose anything and then I will lose 5 lbs the 3rd week. Just so weird to me. I like consistency! Lol

SueJH 205 Posted October 6, 2013 I know! My first week following surgery I was "only" down 2lbs. I would read these posts from people who lost something crazy like 20lbs and was "what the hell!" lol! Seriously though, you are doing great! Don't sweat it. Well, on second thought, sweating is good!
