NMJG 1,266 Posted October 6, 2013 Nonfat milk always works in a pinch (they never have small containers so I just get a quart). Nonfat cottage cheese if they have it, lowfat if they don't. Packet of nuts, sunflower seeds, beef Jerky (look for ones with little or no sugar, local brands seem to have less sugar than the national brands). Some of the mini marts carry Muscle Milk now.
