Hello...it would be nice to find a mentor/buddy in Arizona. I had my lap band removed on 9/27/13 due to complications and have already been approved for my sleeve surgery. My doctor wants me to lose 50 pounds becore he will do the sleeve.

I started the pre-op liquid diet today. It was tough, but I made it through it.

Hi Mel1976, sorry I just saw this, I'm in Arizona and would love to be buddy's. I'm sorry about your complications with your band. Where are you getting sleeved? I was just sleeved September 25th, but love my sleeve so far. Do you have a date yet? I'm excited for you.

I am having it done at Banner Gateway. I do not have a date yet. I go to the doctor tomorrow. So how much have you lost so far?
