Lipps 10 Posted October 5, 2013 Sept 2nd to Oct 5th and I'm down from 226 to 190! From size 19/XXL to 14/XL. It has been a little hard do to the I'm still learning to eat slow so I don't make myself sick. Hope to be a 10 by Thanksgiving!!
