Sept 2nd to Oct 5th and I'm down from 226 to 190! From size 19/XXL to 14/XL. It has been a little hard do to the I'm still learning to eat slow so I don't make myself sick. Hope to be a 10 by Thanksgiving!! I have just started working out to:)

Grats! Just remember to be kind to yourself. We didn't get here overnight or in a few months, it is ok if we don't reach our goal in a few months. But if you do....YAY!
