ProudGrammy 8,322 Posted October 4, 2013 now the work begins. chass you said a mouthful!!!! its AFTER the surgery the fun/work starts follow all the rules you've learned drink, drink, and drink some more especially now - being fresh out from WLS right now - drinking as much as possible is even more important than Protein (that will come) never drink with your meals stop drinking 15-30 minutes before you eat don't drink for 45-60 minutes after you eat lots of other good rules too protein, chewing thoroughly, eating very slowly you are starting on the road to health, happiness and a longer life good luck kathy 1 Sleeved in Seattle reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
