Hungry yet?

My hubs and I were sleeved on Monday 30th.... We have to be on clears 2 wks postop....... Tonight my stomach has been growling like crazy! I don't think I'm hungry but my stomach is so loud, I would be embarrassed if I were out in public..... Anybody else have this?

I'm pre-op and I was wondering earlier when my stomach was growling like nobody's business... if my stomach is really small will it ever growl? You just answered my question!

Yep, it will growl like a tiger and generally after something hits it. Mine is LOUD and very amusing!

My stomach growls and it's really gas. I know some people are still hungry after getting the surgery though. You are also on liquids so it's pretty normal considering liquids really don't fill you up (unless they are Protein Shakes - which you need to be drinking a lot at that stage)

When you get to soft foods it will most likely go away. Make sure you drink lots of Water too!

I'm nearly 2 weeks out and my stomach doesn't group, but my doctor put me on regular foods after a week. (I'm not sure how standard this is). I wonder if this is something I should expect?
