Hello all my 9/24's - how was your one week appointment? I seem to be doing well. Finally came home home today! I have lost 13 since surgery- happy about that but for some reason I thought I would be more.

I also had my sleeve on 9/24. Have lost 12 as of Wednesday but nothing yesterday then up a pound today. Not happy. What can I do to make the scale go the opposite direction.

Going in for my sleeve on 10/9 so not long .. I tend to weigh 1 per month or else you could go mad .. But then again I have lost at least 150 lb since starting 3 years ago but whatever weight I loose I am still fat so god willing the sleeve will help me along my journey .. Currently I am around 355 lb ..
