What to buy?

Can someone recommend what to buy as far as supplements to get ready for this journey before surgery? Vitamins, etc..... I'm anxious to get prepared

Some docs want you to buy specific brands, but my doctor wasn't too picky. I use Flintstones Complete, Tums (calcium), and B12 (the berry flavored dissolvable tablets from Walmart- don't know the brand name). And apparently these things are working bc my lab work looks fantastic! I also take Biotin and (tmi) Colace daily.

In the beginning I'd def buy some Gax X strips and children's Tylenol as well.

Look for liquid Tylenol at cvs or walgreens. It's the adult dosage in cherry. Extra ice packs, any chewable Vitamin. My program also said no to tums but yes to Zantac.

I'd ask your NUT what they want you to get. I turned out to be very allergic to flintstone Vitamins, so had to go with Centrum woman's.

I buy all the bariatric supps from Unjury... All chewable...
