Hi Virgi038, welcome to lapbandtalk forum. I was banded 7 months ago and I've lost 43 lbs. I'm considered a slower loser than others. You can expect to lose 1-2 lbs a week. Some bandsters lose more rapidly then then that. I love my band. Its the first time in my life I've lost weight without trying. Its been a true blessing. Best of luck to you on your journey.

Today is day 14 post op for me. So far so good. No problems. The 2 weeks of liquids hasn't been too bad. I do have some restriction but concerned if it will last until my first fill March 2nd. This website is GREAT!!!!
