No game 14,437 Posted October 4, 2013 Revs, You'll be happy to now that further out you can drink a LOT more! I've had 6 cups of hot tea today, on top of my 2 cups of coffee this morning... I'm floating away as we speak Oh Georgia crustless quiche good idea! I've not had an egg in forever I'd forgotten about them. I just bought some ancient grains but I'm trying to ration them because the carbs don't stick with me long. If I have hot Cereal I get hungry soon after.. 1 JessFinch reacted to this

Madam Reverie 2,958 Posted October 4, 2013 I am finding if I eat carbs, I get hungry very quickly afterwards. I made a soft tortilla with lots of deli ham and a little bit of cheese in it. I portioned it into 8. I ate two pieces today and I swear, I was hungry 1 hour later. I'm starting to get worried about this hunger thing.. Nothing seems to last longer than 2 hours, at the most and I'm getting 1500ml of Fluid in a day.. what's that? 50 oz? I am, as the Irish would say, confushed.... No game 14,437 Posted October 4, 2013 I have to keep my meals real protien dense to keep satisfied. Funny enough yogurt fills me though, that's why I'm mourning the hot weather. Eating ice cold yogurt when your ice cold? No bueno!

I make a turkey black bean chili that's warm and filling..
Madam Reverie 2,958 Posted October 4, 2013 I dunno.. I get in about 4-6 bites.. rest a bit.. another 3-4 bites. Admittedly they're small... But I think its quite plentiful for 14 days out. I may have to re-strategise the Protein thing....
Wags 549 Posted October 4, 2013 Laura, thanks for always sharing your true feelings. I'm glad to know this before my first sleeved winter because winter affects me in a similar way. I drink the Proti-diet hot chocolate many nights. 90 calories and 15 grams of Protein. To me it is so delicious, hot, and so comforting. I got it on that website that you told us about a couple months ago :-)

Eating ice cold yogurt when your ice cold? No bueno! How about draining a serving of Fage 0% plane, mix with 1/4 cup egg beaters or egg whites, some stevia, vanilla, and your blueberries, and bake! Eat warm. 1 No game reacted to this

feedyoureye 3,087 Posted October 4, 2013 Its worth a try! Don't know how creamy it would be, but I bet it would taste good! You could serve your spoonful of granola under, as the "crust" 1 No game reacted to this
