I found that a lot of brands that they have available here in WA have sugar coated all over them... I wasn't having it so ordered the Celebrate bariatric Multivitamins online..

Yea as far as Vitamins go I didn't get the chew ones because of the sugar and my NUT has me on elevit from woman ( the pregnancy Vitamin ) and I was able to swallow this the morning after surgery, I asked about taking the hair and nail vitamin for Hair loss but she said if you take too much it actually does the opposite!!! Apparently as long as you get all your Protein in there's nothing more you can do however I will be getting the Shampoo and conditioner from AVEDA (available in Perth) for shedding hair - it has great reviews.
