I am going to try for more calories today. I think it's healthier to get in more but I feel like I'm doing something wrong when I eat. I know it's all in my head but I still cant believe I can eat what I want and still lose weight... I don't crave carbs anymore and I love that!!

I am almost 3 years out and pretty much stay around 800. I am on 5'1", but maybe it would have been better if I hadn't restricted to calories for so long. If I get much more than that I tend to gain.

I'm so used to eating this way that it's no bother.
