You need to eat a ton more of Protein. Ramp up the Protein Shakes. That should help with the Hair loss.< /p>

The hair cycles are 3 months behind. That is the reason most people start to lose their hair around the 3 month mark. It was because you didn't get enough Protein in the first couple of months after you surgery. It will grow back. I have a fear of losing my hair so I have been on 10000 mg of Biotin since 2 months before my surgery.
