I was about a week. But I had to have a lapband removed, and I would say that 90% of my pain was from my port being cut away from the muscle.

Do u have a binder? If u don't get one because u will be able to sleep and move more without the pain.

It was day 3 or 4 for me too but I also had the band removed and had some port pain, I use a firm couch pillow to support my stomach while on my side and this has helped a lot !
